The mouthwatering starters, soups and salads are just the beginning to the menu consisting of wood fired beef and chicken, fresh fish and seafood entrees, sandwiches and pasta. All steaks are cut by hand in-house, dressed with Michael's famous marinade, be it the 8.oz signature sirloin, ribeye, delmonico, filet, strip, porterhouse or Michael's Famous steer butt! Size and style options are endless at this steakhouse! Surfs up!...with a choice to add shrimp, scallops, crab cakes, crab legs or lobster tail. Additionally, steaks can come a variety of ways: Oscar Style (béarnaise sauce with lump crab meat), Blue Cheese (cream sauce with blue cheese crumbles), Béarnaise (egg yolks with butter,shallots and fresh garlic), AuPoivre (peppercorn demi glaze) or Rockefeller (creamed spinach with bacon and parmesan cheese). Healthy and Delicious Seafood choices exist with Grilled Salmon and Scallops, Greek Snapper, Ahi Blue Fin Tuna Steak with a Ginger Soy sauce or Crabmeat Stuffed Shrimp. Like these options aren't enough..., and you haven't even chosen a side yet, what about the Signature Lobster Mac and Cheese side-dish?

While you peruse the menu prepare to indulge in an appetizer like the Pepper Pot Calamari (fresh calamari flash fried and tossed with cherry, jalapeno and pepperoncini peppers, served with a cilantro lime vinaigrette), Seared Tuna Sashimi (Ahi Tuna seasoned and served rare with Asian slaw, ponzu soy and wasabi Creme Fraiche) or the steakhouse favorites like colossal shrimp cocktail, crab claws or onion rings served with horseradish ranch!
