The 2012 Chef U Cooking Series Super Deal allows you to choose 4 classes from a series of 18 class options that you would like to partake in. (There are 2 classes per month offered through Oct 7th, 2012). Classes range all across the board and they are held in a professional kitchen. You will be hands on with the finest cooking tools, learn gourmet recipes, and yes, you will be doing all in a complimentary apron. A few of the classes you will have an option to attend features lessons cooking items such as: Game: Quail, Venison, & Bison; Couples Cooking... Chef Angela Schmidt, owner of Chef U, has worked in some of Birmingham’s top kitchens and trained under Birmingham's top chefs. She brings experience and a passion for food to every class.
